Event - The Wombles of Bidford!

The Eco-Committee at Bidford-on-Avon Primary School were out in force this week to Womble away litter that has been blowing into the school grounds during the recent windy weather.

They have purchased a set of new litter-pickers in an effort to keep their local environment tidy. Almost two full bags were collected in just half an hour!

They have just received the Silver Eco-Schools Award to recognise their efforts in improving the school environment and this new project will contribute further to the Green Flag Eco-Schools Award they are hoping to apply for towards the end of the academic year.
