Event - Our Visit to Sulgrave Manor

September 2009

As part of their history project on Tudors, our Key Stage 2 children visited Sulgrave Manor near Banbury.

They experienced a variety of activities illustrating the day to day life of a Tudor family. These opportunities included the busy Tudor kitchen, the dining experience and the general routines of the manor house. The children took part in a re-enactment the life and times of Henry VIII.

It was an exciting and interesting experience for everyone.
