Event - Platinum Jubilee Celebrations

Our school thoroughly enjoyed celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
We started the week with a BSA street party, where the children enjoyed coming together to eat cake and sing the National Anthem - accompanied by our fantastic flute players.
Over the rest of the week, all pupils have participated in learning about the Royal family, working with ArtBase to create their own Jubilee plate and a dance workshop where they learnt dance styles from the 50’s through to today.
A huge thank you to the BSA and Coop who helped to support these events. .
