Event - Bellboating on the River Avon

Year 3 and 4 have been studying Rivers as their topic this term and this week the children all spend a day Bellboating on the River Avon. They paddled along the river navigating their way through the locks.

The children enjoyed a picnic lunch on the Meadow and took part in games and races during the afternoon.

The activity was a great lesson in teamwork, problem solving and developing confidence. Thank you to our volunteers - everyone thoroughly enjoyed it!
