Event - Asparagus Day

In celebration of British Asparagus Week, children in Years 1 to 4 had a cookery demonstration where they could sample freshly cut local asparagus.
Our Year 4 cooking club used it to make Asparagus and Salmon Crumble and a sale after school has raised over £150 for developing our gardening and cooking projects.
Thank you to Mrs Perkins and Ms Ford for giving the demonstration and to Evesham Vale Produce for giving us the asparagus – delicious!
