Event - Native American Dance

On Thursday evening a number of Key Stage 2 children performed to family and friends to share the forgotten story of the Native Americans.

he culmination of both topic work and a diversity workshop, the children charted the turbulant changes of a people through traditional songs and interpretive dance. Ranging from the intial contact of Europeans to the current ways of life for the Native Americans, each child performed superbly to bring this troubling and largely unknown story to life.
